We made this overnight oat recipe to make your decision easier. You can get your sleep and eat your breakfast too. It takes 5 minutes to mix together then you throw it in the fridge the night before and it’s ready when you wake up. Easy peasy!

Gluten Free Apple Spice Overnight Oats
If you want to start your day off right then this is a great breakfast option that is not only delicious but is also quick and easy to whip up. Pull it together the night before and grab the mason jar as you are rushing out the door in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder check your preferred brand's serving size as some are 1 scoop and others are 2 scoops
- 1/2 apple, sliced into bite sized pieces
- 1 TBSP chia or ground flax seeds
- 1-2 TBSP honey, depending on your desired sweetness
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into a half pint mason jar and cover with a lid
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight
- When ready, stir and eat. If you like your oatmeal warm then remove the lid and heat in a microwave
