Ingredients
1/2cupavocado oil
1/2cuplight olive oil
Juice from 2 limes, roughly 2-3 TBSP
2jalapenos, veined, deseeded, and roughly chopped
2 clovesgarlic, minced
2cupscilantro
2tbspred wine vinegar
1/2tspsalt
1tspgranulated garlic
1tsphoney
Instructions
Add lime juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro, granulated garlic, and salt to a wide mouth mason jar and blend with an immersion blender until pureed. Alternatively, you can do this in a blender
Add honey and blend for 10-15 seconds
With the immersion blender running on low, slowly add the oil and and blend for an additional 30 seconds until fully incorporated
Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake before serving.
