This beef stew recipe is an incredibly easy way to enjoy a meal that is full of nutrients. You simply through everything in a slow cooker, set it on low, and let it do it’s thing for about 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2- 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 5 medium-large red potatoes
  • 1 medium-large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz package sliced mushrooms
  • 1 14oz can, diced tomatoes
  • 64 oz beef bone broth
  • 6 tsp paprika
  • 5 tsp granulated garlic
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions

To prep your stew:

  • Slice beef into 1- 1 1/2" cubes
  • Slice carrots, celery, and potatoes into bite sized pieces
  • finely chop onions and mince garlic

To cook stew:

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
