This hearty beef stew is packed full of flavor and nutrients. It warms your belly on a cold night and is great when you need something healthy and healing.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 3-4 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- 5 medium-large red potatoes
- 1 medium-large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 8 oz package sliced mushrooms
- 1 14oz can, diced tomatoes
- 64 oz beef bone broth
- 6 tsp paprika
- 5 tsp granulated garlic
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
To prep your stew:
- Slice beef into 1- 1 1/2" cubes
- Slice carrots, celery, and potatoes into bite sized pieces
- finely chop onions and mince garlic
To cook stew:
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
